RETURNS POLICY
INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you have received incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at hello@breathinair.com and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can locate your order quickly and process your request promptly.
Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. Breath In Air does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened products, including:

Air purifiers that have had water added to the bowl.

Purifier oils with broken seals.

Any other product that has been used or opened.
MISSING ITEMS
