Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@breathinair.com. Include:

A description of the issue

Photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will provide instructions for a replacement or resolution.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging

Used or opened items cannot be refunded

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We do not accept returns for change of mind, as individual preferences and experiences may vary
Hygiene Notice
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used products, including but not limited to:

Air purifiers that have had water added to the bowl

Purifier oils with broken seals

Any other product that has been opened or used
