Warranty Policy

At Breath.In Air, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction and peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 12-month limited warranty on all electrical units, including our 3-in-1 air purifier, humidifier, and aroma diffuser.


What's Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

This includes:

  • Electrical malfunctions (e.g. motor or fan not functioning)

  • Structural defects (e.g. cracks or breaks in housing not caused by user damage)

  • Power issues not caused by misuse

If your product experiences a fault during the warranty period, we will:

  • Repair the unit, or

  • Replace it with the same or equivalent product, or

  • Provide a refund, as required under the Australian Consumer Law


What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, drops, or tampering

  • Water or essential oil misuse (e.g. overfilling, use of unapproved oils)

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. cosmetic scratches, fading, residue build-up)

  • Damage from not following the care instructions (e.g. using soap or dishwasher to clean)

How to Claim

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Email hello@breathinair.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos or videos showing the problem.

  2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

If your product needs to be returned:

  • We may request you ship it back to us for inspection

  • If the fault is confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs and repair or replace your item at no charge


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
