If you refuse to pay these fees, your parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund the cost of your product(s) minus original and return shipping fees, provided the item arrives back to us in its original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, including in cases where parcels are delayed, returned, or refused.
