  • Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are subject to carrier delays.

  • Tracking is provided once shipped.


📦 Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of placement.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours.


✏️ Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@breathinair.com before your order is dispatched.

  • Do not use postal redirection services without notifying us—Breath.In Air is not responsible for parcels lost or misdelivered due to address changes not communicated in advance.


⚠️ Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Breath.In Air is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal carriers or customs processing

  • Lost or stolen parcels once dispatched

  • Parcels returned due to:

    • Incorrect shipping addresses

    • Unpaid customs or import fees


🌐 International Orders, Customs & Duties

We offer worldwide shipping! However, please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are not controlled by Breath.In Air.

  • All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you refuse to pay these fees and the parcel is returned:

    • A refund will be issued for the product(s) only, minus the original and return shipping costs.

    • Refunds are only processed if the item is returned in its original, unused condition.


💳 Shipping Fee Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • This includes delays, returned parcels, rejected deliveries, and refused customs fees.
